- How does your desired self feel day-to-day?
- What thoughts run through her mind?
- What beliefs does she hold about herself and the world?
- What stories does she tell herself?

But if it’s not something I’ve experienced before or used to, how can I begin to normalize this and feel like it’s within reach?
Here are two powerful ways to do this:
Use your imagination
Your mind doesn’t distinguish between what’s real and what’s vividly imagined. When you consistently visualize yourself living your desired reality, your brain begins to accept it as normal.
Create detailed mental movies of yourself already having what you want. Don’t visualize it as a big, exciting achievement–imagine it as just another ordinary day in your new reality.
The goal here is for it to feel calm and natural, not thrilling or unbelievable.
With practice, these visualizations become “new memories” that your subconscious accepts as real experiences, making it easier to quantum leap into that reality.
Change your point of reference
We tend to align with what we’re consistently exposed to. If you want to reinvent yourself as financially abundant, but you’re constantly surrounded by people struggling with money, abundance won’t feel normal to you.
Deliberately seek environments, content, and people that reflect what you want to manifest:
- If you want to embody radiant health, join communities where wellness is the norm
- If you dream of living in a specific city, immerse yourself in content about that location
- If you’re manifesting a social circle without drama, limit interactions with friends who only bond on gossip
